Sandhill Cemetery Revisited

In 2012 a severe act of vandalism left as many as 22 headstones at Sandhill Cemetery broken, crumbled, and thrown into the nearby street. The stones had been placed between 1829 to 1912, with this cemetery having ties to some of the first residents of Columbus, Indiana. I visited the cemetery in 2013, during the restoration process, and photographed some of the work that being done to fix the stones. Today, I visited the cemetery again, and tried to recreate the pictures I took back in 2013…
